# End-User License Agreement **Effective: September 29, 2026** ## What This Agreement Covers This Agreement governs your use of the QuickBooks integration (the "Integration") operated by the owner of this account. By using the Integration, you agree to these terms. ## Eligibility The Integration is available only to the account owner and authorized team members. It is not offered to the public. ## License This is a private, internal integration for the account owner's companies only. It is not offered to the public, and no rights are granted to anyone outside the owner's authorized team. ## Purpose The Integration reads QuickBooks Online data through Intuit's APIs solely to provide the accounting assistance the owner requests, such as reviewing, categorizing, and reporting on the companies' books. ## Acceptable Use The Integration accesses only the QuickBooks companies the owner has explicitly authorized through Intuit's OAuth consent. Access is read-only unless the owner explicitly approves a change. ## No Warranty The Integration is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The owner is responsible for reviewing any accounting output before acting on it. ## Termination The owner may revoke the Integration's access at any time from within QuickBooks (Apps → Disconnect) or from the Intuit Developer portal. ## Contact Questions about this Agreement may be sent through the contact form on this website.
